Requirements
- Have 4-7 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing or B2B demand generation.
- Bring experience in SaaS or technology, ideally.
- Have independently run B2B events and field programmes across multiple European markets.
- Have experience working with Sales to prioritize accounts and turn field activity into qualified pipeline.
- Demonstrate budget management, vendor negotiation and ROI measurement experience.
- Have strong project management skills and experience managing multiple events, vendors and deadlines.
- Bring hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience, including event leads, attribution and reporting.
- Be commercially minded and comfortable working independently.
- Be UK-based and willing to travel regularly across EMEA (30-40%).
- Nice to have: experience in construction, AEC, proptech or the built environment.
- Nice to have: familiarity with account-based marketing principles and ABM tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the EMEA field marketing and event calendar, selecting programmes based on market opportunity and pipeline potential.
- Develop event strategies and investment recommendations aligned with sales priorities, target accounts and revenue objectives.
- Define event objectives, KPIs and pipeline targets, and evaluate programme performance.
- Plan and deliver EMEA events from business case through post-event review, including trade shows, conferences, customer and partner events, and webinars.
- Source and negotiate venues and suppliers, and coordinate agendas, speakers, customers, partners, sponsors, invitations and registration.
- Lead onsite event delivery and manage event follow-up, including lead handover to Sales, CRM updates and reporting.
- Manage EMEA event assets, demo equipment and branded materials, including shipping, storage and inventory tracking.
- Plan and manage the EMEA field marketing budget, track actuals against forecasts, and manage purchase orders, invoicing and expense reconciliation.
- Track event contributions to pipeline, deal acceleration and account engagement, and deliver post-event performance reporting.
- Coordinate event-based ABM activity with Sales and Marketing, prioritizing target accounts and tracking account-level engagement.
