Requirements
- Have at least five years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS.
- Have supported enterprise customers using complex, configurable products.
- Have driven enablement that improves product adoption and long-term customer outcomes.
- Be able to own strategic customer relationships and build multi-threaded partnerships.
- Have experience working with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Support, and Operations.
- Be able to tailor product configuration and training to customer challenges.
- Be curious about technically complex products and able to understand product details and workflows.
- Communicate complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Use data and customer signals to identify risks and adjust the approach.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates.
Responsibilities
- Manage a strategic book of approximately 20 enterprise customers with more than $2 million in total ARR.
- Build multi-threaded customer relationships and proactively manage customer health.
- Drive product adoption and long-term customer outcomes through enablement.
- Develop product and domain expertise to help customers apply Ashby within their hiring workflows.
- Tailor product configuration and training to customers’ specific challenges and intended business outcomes.
- Work with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations to align communication and deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and contribute insights relevant to enterprise use cases.
- Iterate on playbooks and turn learnings into repeatable team processes.
- Maintain timely and accurate CRM updates.
- Use data and customer signals to identify risks and adjust the approach.
