Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Bring at least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise digital delivery, digital transformation, technology strategy, product or platform management, engineering technology, operations, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate success leading an enterprise digital delivery, technology, product, platform, shared-services, or center-of-excellence function across multiple businesses or operating groups.
- Have a proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrate experience developing and prioritizing digital capability, technology, or product roadmaps.
- Bring experience establishing governance and service-delivery models for complex portfolios.
- Possess strong knowledge of modern technology, data, automation, AI, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, and digital operating models.
- Demonstrate the ability to translate complex business and operational challenges into practical digital strategies and scalable solutions.
- Have proven leadership-through-influence skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve competing priorities, and drive accountability.
- Demonstrate strong change leadership and a history of driving adoption of new technologies, processes, standards, or operating models.
- Possess executive communication skills, including synthesizing complex information, developing recommendations, and influencing business and technology leaders.
- Preferred: master's degree, experience supporting a CTO, CIO, transformation, innovation, digital delivery, or strategy organization, and experience in architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or professional services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise Digital Delivery Hub, defining its strategy, priorities, resources, services, operating model, and performance expectations.
- Translate strategic priorities and client needs into scalable digital delivery capabilities.
- Own and prioritize the enterprise digital capability roadmap and backlog.
- Partner with business, technology, operations, sales, and functional leaders to identify opportunities and accelerate adoption.
- Oversee reusable standards, specifications, tools, platform solutions, templates, and Common Data Environment architecture.
- Establish a service model for technical guidance, quality enablement, deployment support, capacity planning, and surge support.
- Create governance and performance frameworks covering prioritization, KPIs, resource allocation, risk, dependencies, reporting, and escalation.
- Champion responsible use of AI, automation, data, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Lead change management, communications, training, and enablement for enterprise standards, platforms, tools, and practices.
- Measure adoption, business impact, client outcomes, and continuous improvement opportunities.
