Requirements
- Bring 12+ years of experience operationalizing enablement, GTM, or customer education strategy in enterprise software or SaaS.
- Have 5+ years of direct experience managing people managers.
- Have experience leading or closely partnering with Customer teams, Customer Success, Consulting, Support, or Partner organizations.
- Have a track record commercializing training or certification portfolios through packaging, pricing, and positioning.
- Demonstrate success managing managers and building team capability.
- Be comfortable defining and tracking metrics that connect enablement activity to renewal and retention outcomes.
- Be able to align CCO, Customer Success, Consulting, Support, and Partner leadership around a shared operating model.
- Have strong knowledge of learning operations, learning management systems, learning experience platforms, or tools and systems for education offerings.
- Hold a bachelor's degree; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer education strategy, modernize the learning experience, and define the roadmap.
- Own and scale the Coupa University experience, including certification tracks and self-paced practitioner enablement.
- Partner with Learning Product to scale training and certification offerings and develop the free-to-fee customer education strategy.
- Lead post-sales enablement for Customer Success, Consulting, and Support teams.
- Build partner enablement experiences using certification paths and joint learning frameworks.
- Embed in Customer Success, Consulting, Support, and Partner planning rhythms to diagnose enablement demand.
- Represent post-sales and partner enablement in the quarterly content prioritization council.
- Own release readiness for customer- and partner-facing teams.
- Lead cross-functional change management and communications for major corporate milestones and annual planning transitions.
- Partner with Data and Analytics to connect enablement activity to business outcomes and report quarterly metrics.
