Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a focus on geospatial technologies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in Associate Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Success, Product Operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at a C2 level.
- Familiarity with product development, analytics, and customer support tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, and Mixpanel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including investigating technical issues and identifying root causes.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including managing multiple customer accounts and priorities.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and develop deep product expertise.
- GIS, RTK GNSS rovers, geospatial data capture, or mobile application product development experience is a strong advantage.
- Interest in reality capture, photogrammetry, computer vision, digital twins, or technologies used to create accurate 2D maps and 3D models is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical issues for enterprise customers using the PIX4Dcatch mobile application.
- Report, track, and prioritize bugs with developers, and recommend product improvements based on recurring customer challenges.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to product managers, developers, and UX designers.
- Coordinate beta testing with B2B customers and collect feedback on new features.
- Prepare customer communications, webinars, presentations, and support documentation for product releases.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Service teams to explain product capabilities and support customer workflows.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to support data-informed product decisions.
- Research market trends, customer expectations, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate development of clearly defined, lower-complexity features with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain product documentation, troubleshooting resources, and internal knowledge materials.
