Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of HR experience.
- Be fluent in French and English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Bring deep expertise in labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations across Southern Europe, with a focus on France and portage salarial.
- Have experience supporting complex employee relations.
- Be tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence and Tableau.
- Be familiar with collaboration tools including Zoom and Slack.
- Knowledge of the EOR industry is preferred.
- Experience working across other Southern European countries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, employee lifecycle events and terminations.
- Manage sensitive employee relations cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
- Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers and HR legal advisors.
- Respond to client queries about benefits, compliance and workforce planning.
- Advise clients on labor laws and cultural considerations across Southern Europe.
- Review employment contracts and advise on risk mitigation.
- Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans and support timely salary changes.
- Coordinate employees’ immigration and mobility needs with the Global Mobility team.
- Document processes and support workload transitions and knowledge handovers.
- Drive HR process automation, AI adoption, compliance governance projects and global improvements to HR practices.
