Requirements

  • Bring 6+ years of demonstrated product design experience, including significant experience designing for growth and optimizing activation, engagement, or retention metrics.
  • Have strong experience in B2B SaaS or comparable product environments.
  • Provide a portfolio demonstrating data-informed UX/UI design, strong visual execution, and measurable business impact.
  • Balance user needs with commercial objectives while delivering high-quality work efficiently.
  • Design across web and mobile platforms and demonstrate strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing and synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Explain design concepts, rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Use a hypothesis-driven, experimental approach and work through ambiguity when data is incomplete or unavailable.
  • Think strategically about product growth, customer value, and measurable outcomes.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Incorporate AI tools into design processes and product thinking.
  • Experience with CRM or similar SaaS platforms is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with design systems is a plus; Storybook experience is particularly valuable.
  • Experience with AI-enabled or agentic workflows, integrated AI tools, or platforms such as Claude is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design for growth initiatives across web and mobile, from discovery and ideation through delivery and iteration.
  • Design and optimize onboarding experiences, activation loops, engagement journeys, retention initiatives, and cross-platform adoption strategies.
  • Develop and execute experiments, including A/B tests, using hypotheses and measurable outcomes to improve growth metrics.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify user needs and friction points and inform product decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and other design artifacts.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, data, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with user needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to the experimentation pipeline and share experiment learnings.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, and translate findings into product opportunities.
  • Improve design quality and consistency through critiques, feedback, collaboration, and refinement.
  • Build AI-enhanced design workflows and influence product strategy by balancing customer value, business objectives, data, and delivery considerations.
