Requirements
- Have 6+ years of demonstrable experience in growth-focused product design, such as running experiments to optimize activation or retention.
- Balance user needs with business goals while delivering high-quality designs efficiently.
- Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating data-informed UX/UI design and measurable business impact.
- Be proficient in cross-platform design for web and mobile using tools such as Figma.
- Use AI-enabled workflows and apply AI in productivity practices and product thinking.
- Have experience conducting user research, such as interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Demonstrate strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Apply a hypothesis-driven approach and navigate ambiguity when data is unavailable.
- Bonus: Experience designing for CRM or similar SaaS platforms.
- Bonus: Familiarity with design systems; Storybook component contributions are an additional advantage.
- Bonus: Experience with AI-enabled workflows, including skills, agentic workflows, and integrated tools such as Claude integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for growth initiatives across web and mobile experiences.
- Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests, to optimize onboarding flows, activation loops, and cross-platform adoption.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and other design deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to align on goals and deliver solutions.
- Propose ideas for Roofr’s experimentation pipeline and share learnings from past experiments.
- Contribute to design feedback sessions, critiques, and collaboration.
- Build AI-enhanced workflows and use AI to be productive.
