Requirements
- Have 3+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-focused organization.
- Demonstrate a track record of defining, delivering, and scaling technical product features.
- Have experience working directly with engineers on technical products such as APIs, microservices, or platform infrastructure.
- Use offline analysis and experimentation to make data-driven product decisions.
- Prioritize business and platform features in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
- Translate strategy into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with SaaS and eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Experience supporting legacy-system modernization and platform architecture evolution is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Shape the roadmap and lead product initiatives across the eCommerce platform.
- Guide features from discovery through launch across catalog, pricing, ordering, provisioning, and renewals.
- Define requirements and ensure shipped features meet customer and business goals.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional collaborators to prioritize the backlog and deliver solutions.
- Use data, experimentation, and customer insight to validate opportunities and define success metrics.
- Refine product decisions based on what the team learns.
- Build alignment across time zones and cultures.
- Support platform reliability, security, and compliance with engineering and security teams.
- Track customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, and turn findings into recommendations.
