Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of dedicated Product Management experience.
- Have a strong technical foundation in software development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology platforms.
- Have significant experience within traditional financial institutions or financial services organizations.
- Understand financial market operations, including trade lifecycles, post-trade processes, settlement, and fund administration.
- Demonstrate a track record of owning and launching complex software products for enterprise customers.
- Have experience supporting enterprise sales processes, including technical evaluations, information security reviews, RFPs, pilots, and production deployments.
- Be able to turn customer discovery and market insights into product specifications, prototypes, wireframes, and shipped features.
- Be comfortable using modern AI tools and prototyping frameworks to develop and validate product concepts.
- Have stakeholder management and communication skills to engage with senior technical and operational stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise tokenization platforms, digital assets, or private blockchain infrastructure is an advantage.
- Familiarity with transaction privacy models, confidential computing, or selective disclosure is desirable.
- Understanding of modular tokenization architectures across issuance, lifecycle management, trading, and settlement is a plus.
- Experience with EVM-compatible networks, enterprise Web3 platforms, token services, consensus services, smart contract frameworks, stablecoins, or asset tokenization solutions is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, prioritization, roadmap, and execution of enterprise product capabilities for institutional financial services customers.
- Define and deliver capabilities spanning privacy models, strategic integrations, and flexible deployment approaches.
- Work with strategic development partners and modular platform providers to incorporate customer insights into the product offering.
- Support enterprise sales cycles, including technical evaluations, information security reviews, RFPs, pilots, and transitions into production.
- Lead customer discovery with institutional stakeholders and translate business and operational requirements into product opportunities.
- Use AI-assisted tools and prototyping approaches to create specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and testable product artifacts.
- Monitor trends in capital markets technology, enterprise tokenization, digital assets, and public and private blockchain ecosystems.
- Turn customer and deployment experiences into product narratives, demonstrations, proof-of-concept frameworks, and go-to-market assets.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, sales, and leadership teams from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Drive initiatives from ambiguous customer requirements to specifications and shipped product capabilities.
