Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Bring a proven account management background, including managing international stakeholders and projects across different countries and time zones.
  • Be able to manage senior stakeholders and communicate directly while following through on commitments.
  • Have experience setting up CRM processes and automated workflows; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Be comfortable discussing pipeline, contracts and delivery and building data-backed cases for supplier growth.
  • Be highly organised, attentive to detail, and able to manage account portfolios, contract terms and delivery dates.
  • Have worked in a start-up or scale-up and be comfortable defining processes in a role that is still taking shape.
  • Experience in carbon removal, climate, agriculture or commodity supply chains is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship for every signed supplier, from onboarding through renewal or exit, engaging stakeholders up to founder and CEO level.
  • Manage the terms of signed supply contracts and supplier delivery against contracted milestones.
  • Run supplier QBRs and annual reviews according to supplier tier.
  • Own supplier reporting and track NPS and performance KPIs.
  • Manage supplier workflows across the lifecycle, including credit retirement.
  • Maintain each supplier's risk register, compliance record and current rating, and confirm when a supplier is ready for allocation.
  • Guide new projects through the Supply Development Programme by owning the development plan and managing internal and external stakeholders through project launch.
  • Coordinate supply, sales, marketing and climate science teams to support supplier delivery.
