Requirements
- Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging as core user communication channels.
- Have experience working in a product-led environment.
- Have practical experience with ESP tools such as Customer.io, Iterable, eSputnik, or MailChimp.
- Bring a proactive mindset and a high level of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and continuously optimize user communications across email, push, and in-app messages.
- Analyze CRM campaigns, communications, and promotional mechanics daily, and turn insights into hypotheses and experiments.
- Define targeting rules, build audience segments, and implement them in automated, trigger-based journeys.
- Monitor and improve open rate, CTR, delivery rate, unsubscribe rate, and spam rate.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests focused on conversion, LTV, retention, and churn.
- Work closely with the product team to make CRM touchpoints a cohesive, consistent part of the user experience.
