- Be proficient in data analysis and A/B testing.
- Have strong skills in analyzing user feedback and competitors.
- Have experience planning and prioritizing product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Be able to prioritize hypotheses using frameworks like RICE.
- Have Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Bring initiative and proactivity in proposing product improvements.
- Use a data-driven, ownership-minded approach.
Responsibilities
- Analyze competitors, customer needs, and market trends.
- Uncover insights from analytics data.
- Build and maintain a roadmap for features to improve LTV and payment conversion.
- Write clear and comprehensive PRDs to guide development.
- Lead the development of new features from ideation to launch.
