Job Details

Have 8+ years of experience in the software industry.
Have directly owned an AI- or LLM-powered product in product management or an engineering leadership role.
Show a track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features.
Have hands-on experience building and shipping agent products.
Understand tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and how and why agents fail.
Have deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
Be able to make decisions quickly with incomplete information and prioritize shipping.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.

Develop an understanding of creative and marketing workflows through frequent customer engagement.
Synthesize findings on agent performance and behavior, and lead the team with clarity and conviction.
Run user interviews, competitive research, evaluation analysis, and prompt experimentation.
Shape research findings into product offerings that solve customer problems.
Create evaluation infrastructure, monitor regressions, and improve agent quality with each release.
Scope product work to deliver user value on a fast-paced release schedule.
Ship pull requests to improve the product experience.
Enable sales, support, and marketing teams to communicate new agent capabilities.
