Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Have meaningful experience in B2B or B2B2C environments owning operationally complex product areas.
  • Show a track record of launching new products or service lines end-to-end in complex operational environments.
  • Have worked directly with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams to build products used by operational teams.
  • Have experience building and launching products with commercial and go-to-market teams, including enablement, rollout planning, and post-launch iteration.
  • Have experience with AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
  • Be able to document requirements clearly and manage dependencies explicitly.
  • Be comfortable defining new service areas and making progress with incomplete information.
  • Be able to work with operational and commercial stakeholders to develop solutions that reduce their burden.
  • Nice to have: experience with benefits management platforms, employer health benefits, or government health program operations.
  • Nice to have: exposure to food retail, food ordering, or supply chain partnerships in a digital health or consumer health context.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Food Access & Benefits pod roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Research the food and food benefits ecosystem through interviews and relationships with thought leaders.
  • Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable, repeatable product capabilities.
  • Design the member experience for food access and benefits programs.
  • Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define systems architecture for configuring, launching, and managing benefits programs.
  • Build product systems, tools, and workflows that Client Success, Partnerships, and Clinical Operations use to run programs.
  • Partner with product marketing and commercial teams to shape go-to-market for new services.
  • Set the pod strategy and align with the CPO and cross-functional leadership.
  • Advocate for operational scalability and configurability across product decisions.
  • Contribute the service-line and operational perspective to cross-pod planning and portfolio prioritization.
