Job Details

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in Sales or Operations in the small business finance industry.
Strong understanding of working capital loans and related products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and CRM.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and goals.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage partner relationships.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Process transactions originated by Strategic Partners from application submission through funding, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
Develop and maintain relationships with Strategic Partners.
Enter transaction data, review partner submissions, and verify forms and supporting materials.
Respond to partner questions about transactions, offers, status updates, and procedures.
Prepare loan renewal documentation according to sales, credit, and compliance policies.
Maintain organized records of partner transactions and interactions for auditing and reporting.
Update internal systems with transaction statuses and maintain accurate reporting.
Coordinate with Sales leadership, Underwriting, and Operations to resolve issues and escalations.
Help partners resolve transaction issues, discrepancies, and concerns.
Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve the partner experience.
