Requirements
- Be proficient at reading and understanding construction plans and specifications.
- Have experience with MS Project scheduling.
- Use MS Excel for costing, dashboards, and technical reporting.
- Be proficient with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
- Have a general understanding of common drilling and solar pile equipment and techniques.
- Have a 4-year degree in Construction or a related field from an accredited university, or a minimum of 7 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Be able to work flexible hours and in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, dependability, organizational and time-management skills, and a disciplined, self-motivated work style.
- Have leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Spectrum and Procore experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of projects.
- Determine the technical skills and staff hours needed for successful project completion.
- Obtain, analyze, and circulate technical and contractual information to the project team.
- Prepare activity reports and documentation for clients and project management.
- Prepare client notices and change-order documentation.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, progress, closeouts, and material logistics.
- Coordinate with procurement and subcontract personnel between the office and field.
- Support customer questions, evaluation requirements, and system design.
- Set goals and manage the performance, productivity, and work quality of field management, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, enforce safety and installation standards, and attend site walks and pre-construction meetings.
