Requirements
- Have 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partnering, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, accounting, or a related analytical field.
- Bring Manager-level ownership or equivalent scope.
- Understand financial statements and the connections between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Have experience owning recurring deliverables for senior audiences across multiple reporting or planning cycles.
- Have built or significantly redesigned financial models and processes from the ground up.
- Demonstrate advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including work with large, detailed datasets.
- Have advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong presentation and slide-building skills.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or another quantitative discipline.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar technologies to automate workflows or improve financial deliverables.
- Show strong business partnering, independent ownership, judgment, problem-solving, attention to detail, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including forecasting calendars and long-term financial modeling.
- Analyze business performance, growth drivers, margin dynamics, financial risks, and operating levers.
- Prepare executive and board-level reporting, presentations, financial commentary, and decision support.
- Develop and maintain consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models.
- Support short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning through a collaborative planning process.
- Own and improve operating expense budgets at the general ledger and department levels.
- Establish budget controls, approval thresholds, budget logs, and plan-to-actual GL mapping.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and present risks, opportunities, and recommendations to Finance leaders and business partners.
- Implement AI-enabled automation in reporting, modeling, variance analysis, and presentation workflows, reviewing and verifying outputs.
- Standardize recurring Finance processes and improve reporting, planning, and forecasting systems.
