Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in event management or experiential marketing.
- Bring experience managing global events and understanding regional nuances and budgets.
- Have strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a creative problem-solver who can make quick, informed decisions.
- Maintain high attention to detail, quality, and brand alignment.
- Be proficient with Google Workspace.
- Be familiar with event registration and marketing platforms such as Splash.
- Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, are a plus.
- Be able to travel internationally and work flexible hours to support global time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for North American and select global events.
- Support corporate and VIP events at the private venue in Sherman Oaks, California.
- Manage merchandise inventory, ordering, and allocation for the Americas.
- Manage sponsorship deliverables and partnerships at industry events.
- Source and negotiate with venues and vendors, including booth builders, AV, creative production, and hotels.
- Maintain and track event budgets across multiple currencies and regions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams on event campaigns, including landing pages, email marketing, and social media.
- Create and manage event listings on the Xsolla website and registration platforms such as Splash.
- Coordinate event materials, speaking sessions, panels, and content with creative teams and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare event briefings, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports; track leads, analytics, and ROI in CRM systems.
