Requirements

  • Have 7+ years in strategic events, executive programs, or field marketing, including direct ownership of executive-level programs.
  • Demonstrate ownership of complex, high-visibility owned events and executive programs from strategy through execution and analysis.
  • Have experience delivering large internal events such as Sales Kickoff, sales incentive or club trips, or company offsites.
  • Have experience managing budgets, vendors, agencies, and contracts across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Bring strong program management skills and experience driving cross-functional work to an outcome.
  • Create polished agendas, briefing documents, and executive-facing communications.
  • Be credible and comfortable working with senior leaders and customer executives.
  • Demonstrate use of AI to improve workflows, decisions, and productivity.
  • Be willing to travel roughly 25%, primarily in North America.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic events from planning and budgeting through delivery, measurement, and post-event analysis.
  • Manage venue and vendor selection, production, registration, attendee experience, staffing, technology, and on-site operations.
  • Build event agendas, run-of-show documents, project plans, timelines, and contingency plans.
  • Partner with Sales, Strategic Alliances, Campaigns, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Creative, Content, and Communications.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor deliverables.
  • Design and deliver executive programs, including advisory boards, curated hospitality, and executive tracks.
  • Coordinate executive and VIP participation, including briefings, preparation, on-site handling, and follow-up.
  • Co-own planning and delivery of Sales Kickoff and President’s Club.
  • Define and track event KPIs, and deliver post-event reporting with recommendations.
  • Develop repeatable event playbooks, templates, standards, and documentation.
