Requirements
- Previous phone sales experience is required.
- CRM experience is required.
- Have a strong phone presence and ability to close sales.
- Be comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale.
- Have strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Be self-motivated and able to work successfully from home.
- Have reliable internet and a professional remote workspace.
- Be available Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT.
- Live in the Provo or Salt Lake City, Utah area.
- Experience with Zoho CRM and/or ServiceTitan is preferred.
- Experience with Five9 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads.
- Sell monthly and annual Sila Services memberships.
- Explain membership benefits and value.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales.
- Follow up quickly and consistently with sales opportunities.
- Schedule free in-home sales consultations when appropriate.
- Document calls, sales, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
- Meet individual sales and membership goals.
