Requirements
- Have 7+ years of product management experience shipping products used by external customers.
- Have owned a business or product metric and changed its trajectory, with a before-and-after example.
- Have experience building platform or infrastructure products that other product and engineering teams depend on.
- Have taken at least one platform or infrastructure product from zero to one.
- Bring technical depth demonstrated by a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, prior engineering experience, or fluency in system architecture trade-offs.
- Be comfortable reasoning about cost to serve, gross margin, and how pricing models affect both.
- Have executive-level communication and presence, including comfort presenting and defending strategy to the CEO, CFO, and customers.
- Be based in a North American time zone and able to work NA Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Own the monetization platform that carries products from beta to general availability, including packaging, entitlements, metering, rating, and provisioning.
- Set targets for time to market and margin, instrument both, and improve them launch over launch.
- Define pricing for new AI products, including agent work, MCP and API access, and products billed on the results they produce.
- Make unit economics visible at the point of decision so teams can understand product costs before setting prices.
- Build reusable platform primitives so product teams can ship commercial changes without recreating metering or entitlement logic.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and Revenue Systems to keep platform capabilities billable, reportable, and auditable.
