Make outbound calls to qualified vacation-rental owners and property managers.
Engage prospective customers through the website chat platform and answer platform questions.
Conduct discovery calls to identify property managers' operational needs and explain how Lodgify can help.
Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Sales Specialists and provide detailed handover notes.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect records in the CRM.
Handle objections and communicate the platform's value proposition and benefits.
Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to test and refine outreach messaging, email sequences, and lead targeting.
Develop sales skills and product knowledge through coaching, team retrospectives, and industry research.
