Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience.
- Understand complex systems and be able to discuss architecture and tradeoffs in depth with engineers.
- Bring systems thinking and an analytical toolkit that includes SQL, KPI definition, and experimentation.
- Be able to turn ambiguity into a clear plan.
- Have shipped LLM-based tools or ML-adjacent products in production.
- Travel, marketplace, or fintech experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Shape the strategy and roadmap for a platform area and take it from requirements through launch and adoption.
- Translate customer and partner needs into clear technical requirements.
- Define platform success metrics, including adoption and reliability, and use them to guide future work.
- Assess architecture, APIs, and system tradeoffs, including opportunities to use AI to improve the platform.
- Prioritize foundational platform investments against near-term customer and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with data, product, and business teams, and explain the platform to technical and non-technical audiences.
