Requirements
- Have prior experience as a Warranty Specialist.
- Have strong communication and professional writing skills.
- Bring people-management skills and a strong sense of self-awareness.
- Be able to use the WarrCloud Platform, various DMS systems, and OEM-based software.
- Current WarrCloud employees must demonstrate mastery of the “Recipe for Success” tools and principles in a live skills demonstration during the interview.
- Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
- Complete the Culture Index survey if advanced in the selection process; completion is required for further consideration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Warranty Administrators day to day, and facilitate team meetings.
- Participate in interviewing, selecting, reviewing, developing, and evaluating talent.
- Set clear expectations, manage performance, and coach employees on critical behaviors and service standards.
- Schedule Warranty Administrators and ensure coverage and backup.
- Review and adjust accounts and workloads to support accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
- Review each administrator’s accounts weekly and verify end-of-month billing.
- Provide second-tier support for client escalations and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Serve as an OEM and technical subject matter expert, maintaining OEM training or certification when applicable.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development on account implementation priorities for the Platform and Chirp.
- Participate in Sales calls and kickoff meetings.
