Requirements
- Have 2–3+ years of people management experience.
- Have a strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining Customer Success talent.
- Have 7-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Account Management, or another customer-facing role.
- Have experience supporting large, complex, high-risk enterprise customers.
- Have technology industry experience and relevant enterprise subject-matter expertise.
- Have worked in an enterprise IT or technology environment and understand technical buyers and customers.
- Be comfortable running forecasts, account-health cadences, and structured risk reviews.
- Be willing to solve problems directly in an environment where processes are not fully defined.
- Collaborate with peers and improve existing processes.
- Familiarity with n8n or the broader automation and AI tooling ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience with Customer Success leadership across more than one company is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CSMs to develop strategies for large, complex, and high-risk enterprise accounts.
- Build executive relationships with key customers and join customer conversations when additional leadership is needed.
- Personally own strategic customer relationships where needed while the West team scales.
- Hire and onboard CSMs for the West Coast Customer Success team.
- Coach and develop team members through 1:1s, development plans, and skill-building.
- Establish operating cadences for forecasting, account health, and structured risk reviews.
- Build repeatable Customer Success motions across onboarding, QBRs, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Support, TAMs, Renewals, and GTM leaders on the customer experience.
- Collaborate with Customer Success leaders across US East, EMEA, and Scaled CS on shared playbooks and ways of working.
- Contribute to global Customer Success initiatives and scalable methodologies.
