Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on technical or API products.
- Have owned the full lifecycle of an integration product.
- Demonstrate technical fluency with APIs, including reading documentation and working through data schema decisions with engineers.
- Have experience scoping and delivering B2B integrations with external partners or enterprise clients.
- Be able to manage technical, commercial, and operational complexity across integrations.
- Communicate technical concepts to executive stakeholders and discuss implementation details with engineering teams.
- Bring structure to ambiguous scopes and drive delivery with rigour.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Be ready to coach, unblock, and grow team members; prior management of technical PMs or analysts is a plus.
- Familiarity with GTFS or NeTEx, or experience in travel tech, mobility, or logistics, is a plus.
- Exposure to high-load, high-availability platform environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Technical Product Managers and Integration Analysts.
- Define the strategy for partner integrations with ground transportation operators.
- Drive automation, reduce time-to-live, and build scalable integration infrastructure.
- Own the product roadmap and make prioritisation decisions.
- Deliver features that grow inventory and revenue.
- Lead carrier partnerships and engage C-level stakeholders to scope and deliver integrations.
- Improve how integrations are scoped, executed, and measured.
