Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience, with recent experience owning an enterprise or B2B product.
- Demonstrate a track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes and driving them across multiple levers.
- Have experience shipping enterprise capabilities such as administration, permissions, billing, or security, and driving adoption across large customer accounts.
- Be deeply familiar with how creative, marketing, and media teams work, and bring customer insights into product decisions.
- Have experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end.
- Have experience working directly with sales and customers and turning a high volume of requests into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
- Be design-minded, with a high bar for product quality and the ability to mock up concepts and workflows yourself.
- Have the technical fluency to discuss architecture, integrations, and tradeoffs with engineers.
- Have strong product judgment and a clear point of view on what to build and why.
- Show a bias toward shipping and iterating over long alignment cycles.
- Be curious about AI and creative tools and attentive to developments in the space.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative using product, pricing, packaging, go-to-market, and customer levers.
- Scope and define enterprise product bets from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Build enterprise administration and governance features, including role-based permissions, access visibility, usage and spend controls, and reporting across teams.
- Partner with engineering to scope and ship enterprise products such as Ads Engine.
- Work with sales to triage feature requests and deal blockers, prioritize them, and address gaps between customer needs and shipped products.
- Join customer conversations to understand how enterprise teams evaluate, buy, and roll out creative tooling, and incorporate insights into the roadmap.
- Define success metrics for enterprise features and track adoption, expansion, and retention across accounts.
- Work with engineering, design, sales, and growth to ship projects and drive them through to completion.
