Responsibilities
- Review account activity and make decisions using AI-assisted analysis.
- Investigate payment approval requests and decide whether to approve or escalate them.
- Use pattern recognition tools to flag anomalies.
- Identify suspicious activity and fraud patterns.
- Learn about regulatory requirements and help implement them in day-to-day operations.
- Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency or reduce risk.
- Document findings and share them with the team.
- Use AI tools to process datasets, draft communications, and analyze trade-offs.
- Work with product, support, and business teams to reduce risk and support scalable growth.
