Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in job platforms, marketplaces, or subscription businesses is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
- Analyze user acquisition, engagement, job search behavior, application activity, and revenue trends.
- Monitor key business KPIs and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, search performance, retention, and monetization.
- Partner with FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email, and Customer Service stakeholders to answer business questions through data analysis.
- Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate new initiatives and business opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Support ad hoc analyses and reporting requests from leadership and business teams.
