Requirements
- Experience in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio or asset strategy, management consulting, or operations.
- Fluency with AI and use of AI in daily workflows.
- Ability to synthesize information across disciplines and propose clear options.
- Ability to prepare concise slides and memos supported by data analysis.
- Willingness to take hands-on action to resolve gaps, regardless of title.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move between strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Ability to lead collaboratively.
- Intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Asset Entrepreneur to anticipate program inflection points, model backup and expansion scenarios, and assess when to accelerate, pivot, or pause development.
- Own end-to-end program execution and identify and resolve obstacles to keep the asset program moving.
- Coordinate work across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial functions.
- Coordinate CRO partners and design dashboards to align stakeholders.
- Synthesize scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational inputs into analytical insights and options for the Board and C-suite.
- Prepare data-driven slides and memos that communicate program options.
- Maintain decision records, assumptions, benchmarks, dashboards, trackers, and updates.
- Select and manage external vendors, advisors, and strategic partners.
- Document benchmarks, best practices, and learnings for the company's operational playbook.
