Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Field or Sales Enablement, or Marketing Operations.
  • Show a record of delivering programs on time and with quality.
  • Have experience running cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and clear follow-through.
  • Be comfortable working with pipeline data and using Salesforce and BI dashboards to identify gaps and explain their significance.
  • Understand the B2B sales funnel, including pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and hygiene.
  • Have clear communication and presentation skills for explaining programs and risks to Sales leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Be able to influence without authority and move work forward across teams.
  • Use good judgment in a fast-moving environment, maintain quality, and know when to escalate.
  • Show curiosity about how AI and automation can improve go-to-market execution.
  • Take ownership of programs through to outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute global and regional pipeline generation programs, including codified sales plays and PipeGen days, against the established program calendar.
  • Coordinate in-quarter program delivery across regions and segments, including timelines, owners, communications, and follow-through on action items.
  • Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline hygiene checkpoints and report on adherence and trends with RevOps and Sales Strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing and Enablement to deliver pipeline generation programs with appropriate messaging, content, and training.
  • Identify drivers, risks, and upside that could move pipeline numbers and make them visible to decision-makers.
  • Provide input on sales play design, hygiene standards, and related incentives based on program execution.
  • Track program performance against success measures and summarize results and potential changes.
  • Coordinate global outbound program execution with Sales Development and sales leaders, and support regional and team-level delivery.
  • Identify Salesforce and reporting improvements that increase metric visibility and reduce manual work, and work with RevOps and Systems to implement them.
