Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, CRM reporting, or a comparable commercial operations function.
  • Hands-on experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and CLM processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze, reconcile, and interpret business data.
  • Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, and CRM workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and discipline around data quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage recurring responsibilities alongside ad hoc analysis and support requests.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Structure the workday to provide coverage through approximately 4:00–4:30 PM Pacific Time.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline, forecasts, bookings, campaigns, and compensation inputs.
  • Review, validate, and correct Salesforce account, contact, opportunity, and lead data.
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support to sales teams and help users manage opportunities, pipeline activity, and CRM workflows.
  • Support Salesforce CPQ quoting, quote accuracy, approval routing, and compliance with pricing and discount requirements.
  • Follow up with sales teams on deal status, close dates, and required forecast updates.
  • Maintain campaign lead data and support qualified-lead handoffs from Marketing to Sales.
  • Support Commercial Operations leadership with ad hoc analysis, compensation data validation, and market performance reviews.
  • Document Salesforce issues and enhancement requests and escalate them to Salesforce Architects with business context.
  • Maintain documentation for reporting definitions, field standards, CRM processes, and recurring procedures.
  • Identify improvements to CRM workflows, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and sales team adoption.
