Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
- Experience building and executing integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue opportunities.
- Hands-on account-based marketing experience, including account-level plays and performance measurement.
- Experience owning field and event marketing programs, budgets, regional activations, and post-event measurement.
- Practical experience using AI tools and building workflows or automations for marketing.
- Ability to review campaign metrics, identify trends, and adjust programs based on performance.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce, including lead flows, campaign tracking, segmentation, and attribution.
- Experience with intent-data platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools.
- Experience working with paid-media agency partners across search, display, or programmatic advertising.
- Strong written communication skills for campaign copy, creative briefs, and executive-ready performance summaries.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the integrated campaign calendar for new-logo acquisition in the Business & Government segment.
- Translate go-to-market positioning and audience insights into campaign narratives, messaging, and assets.
- Execute demand generation programs across paid media, email, content syndication, webinars, and field events.
- Design account-based marketing programs for priority accounts and measure their pipeline impact.
- Coordinate regional field activations and connect events to pipeline goals and measurable outcomes.
- Track campaign and event attribution, including sourced and influenced pipeline, closed-won contribution, cost per opportunity, and ROI.
- Review performance against pipeline targets and adjust campaigns that are not meeting expectations.
- Partner with Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Operations on attribution, lead routing, segmentation, and campaign tracking in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Build AI-enabled workflows and automations for campaign analysis, personalization, forecasting, and optimization.
- Identify customer engagement and product-usage signals that may indicate expansion opportunities and share insights with post-sale teams.
