Requirements
- Have written cold email and/or LinkedIn sequences and been measured on their results.
- Have worked with a sequencing or sales engagement tool such as Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach, or a similar tool.
- Be able to interpret campaign performance data without relying on an analyst or operations partner.
- Use AI to support work such as research, first drafts, performance-data pattern finding, or small productivity tools.
- Bring experience in demand generation, growth, or lifecycle/outbound marketing at a B2B SaaS company, personally writing and optimizing cold sequences; or have multiple years in outbound sales with hands-on list building, sequence writing, and cold outbound pipeline sourcing.
- Be comfortable testing unconventional approaches and optimizing live campaigns.
- Be comfortable with detailed campaign work, including sequence refreshes, localization, reporting, QA, and content updates.
Responsibilities
- Develop iterative experimentation sprints to improve existing outbound campaigns.
- Co-own email and LinkedIn sequences, refreshing them with new angles and addressing fatigue.
- Optimize sequence copy and conversion, including the Twain prompt library for generated copy.
- Conduct QA and analyze automated-motion performance data to identify what is and is not working.
- Integrate proof points, launches, and data from Sales, Product Marketing, and Content into active sequences.
- Co-own program-level physical touches, including gifting, event invitations, and user group meetups.
