Requirements
- Have 7+ years of product marketing experience within the B2B technology industry.
- Bring proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Understand mid-market and enterprise buying cycles at sales-led organizations.
- Have a background leading competitive intelligence efforts or win/loss analysis.
- Have experience collaborating with product management, sales, and customer success teams.
- Be proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, Storylane, and Claude.
- Be able to turn complex products into clear positioning and messaging for buyers and sellers.
- Be able to assess customer feedback, competitive intelligence, sales data, and market signals.
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but optional.
- Experience in martech, ABM, or an adjacent space is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify what Account Executives and Sales Development teams need to position Influ2, and develop tools and training to communicate value, handle objections, and win deals.
- Run the competitive intelligence program, track competitors and market shifts, and conduct win/loss analysis.
- Turn competitive and market insights into guidance for Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Take new products and features to market through positioning, launch strategy, front-line readiness, and adoption.
- Set the approach to customer education and develop programs that help customers understand and adopt Influ2's capabilities.
- Define product positioning and messaging based on product capabilities, customer needs, and market context.
- Create product marketing materials, including product demos, sales decks, videos, white papers, and presentations.
- Determine how product marketing impact should be measured, track results, and use findings to set priorities and improve programs.
