Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce product management, business systems analysis, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations technology, or a related field, with demonstrated progression into product ownership.
- Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity processes, including lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, conversion, and the connection between marketing execution and sales pipeline generation.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM technologies such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, lead scoring and routing tools, data enrichment platforms, and intent providers.
- Good understanding of quoting processes and how they connect with broader GTM and sales technology workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to own and communicate multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives from discovery through launch and measurement while managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on APIs, data models, integrations, platform capabilities, and technical trade-offs without needing to write code.
- Experience mentoring or upskilling analysts or Business Systems Analysts.
- Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure, processes, and direction where they do not yet exist.
- Ability to connect product and technology decisions to measurable business and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap for the Lead-to-Opportunity domain and broader GTM technology ecosystem integrated with Salesforce.
- Translate strategic priorities from Marketing, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership into sequenced capabilities, outcomes, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks.
- Define quarterly and half-year priorities while balancing new capabilities, platform stabilization, technical debt, capacity, and business impact.
- Lead planning ceremonies with Engineering Managers and Business Systems Analysts, aligning capacity with roadmap commitments and maintaining domain documentation.
- Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and business process design activities, translating marketing and GTM needs into actionable system specifications.
- Lead initiatives end-to-end across discovery, requirements, prioritization, solution design, UAT, launch, and post-launch measurement.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and communicate prioritization decisions to stakeholders.
- Define and monitor metrics including lead response time, routing accuracy, lead-to-opportunity conversion, data quality, and SDR/BDR adoption.
- Partner with Enterprise Architects and Engineering Managers on Salesforce and MarTech integrations, data enrichment pipelines, lead scoring and routing systems, API design, data models, and integration patterns.
- Mentor Business Systems Analysts and establish reusable product practices, templates, rituals, and standards.
