Requirements

  • Bring 7+ years of experience in Salesforce product management, business systems analysis, or Marketing/Revenue Operations technology, with growth into product ownership.
  • Have strong working knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity processes, including lead capture, scoring, routing, and conversion.
  • Have hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Be familiar with lead scoring and routing tools and data enrichment or intent providers.
  • Have a good understanding of the quoting process.
  • Demonstrate ownership and communication of multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Have experience leading end-to-end initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, especially across Marketing and Sales.
  • Be able to engage with engineering on API design, data models, and integration trade-offs without needing to write code.
  • Have experience mentoring or upskilling analysts and BSAs.
  • Be able to represent technical trade-offs to non-technical executives and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Be comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, data governance and compliance for lead data, or prior people-management experience is listed as a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the multi-quarter Lead-to-Opportunity roadmap across lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, conversion, opportunity, and the broader GTM technology stack integrated with Salesforce.
  • Translate Marketing, Sales Development, RevOps, and GTM leadership strategy into prioritized system capabilities, success metrics, and quarterly plans.
  • Lead discovery, requirements workshops, business process design, stakeholder alignment, and decisions on system specifications.
  • Mentor and upskill BSAs in product thinking, requirements, acceptance criteria, roadmap communication, and increasing ownership.
  • Lead initiatives from discovery and prioritization through solution design review, UAT, launch, and post-launch measurement.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain lead-flow and data-flow diagrams.
  • Manage and prioritize backlog requests from Marketing and Sales Development, communicating prioritization decisions to stakeholders.
  • Define and report initiative outcomes, including lead response time, routing accuracy, lead-to-opportunity conversion, data quality, and SDR/BDR adoption.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across campaign operations, data enrichment vendors, and opportunity handoff to sales.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Engineering Managers on Salesforce and MarTech integrations, platform architecture, API design, data modeling, and integration patterns.
