SalaryWe are targeting a salary range of $105,000 - $150,000 for this role. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $104,108 - $173,513. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan

Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years of related professional experience, including 2+ years building and executing marketing automation programs in HubSpot.
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
  • Have practical, day-to-day experience using AI tools across marketing automation disciplines, including content generation, workflow optimization, personalization testing, campaign analysis, and integrations.
  • Have a track record of executing marketing automation builds that support measurable campaign results.
  • Have working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM/marketing automation integrations.
  • Have expertise in GDPR, CASL, and CAN-SPAM compliance and regional email deliverability best practices.
  • Be comfortable using funnel and pipeline metrics, including MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline sourced, and pipeline influenced.
  • Have a basic understanding of ABM strategy and how account-based workflows differ from traditional lead nurtures.
  • Have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work within established frameworks for lead scoring and attribution.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder requests across Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Product, and Customer Support.

Responsibilities

  • Build segmented, multi-touch nurture programs, including ABM workflows, with enrollment, suppression, re-enrollment, exit, and sales-handoff logic.
  • Build, QA, and maintain HubSpot forms with progressive profiling, conditional logic, consent management, and Salesforce sync.
  • Build responsive HubSpot landing pages using Design Manager, reusable modules, smart content, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Build and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows for lead scoring, lifecycle management, routing, and campaign membership.
  • Operationalize Salesforce Campaign tracking through HubSpot, including campaign hierarchies, Campaign Member creation, member statuses, UTM capture, and campaign association.
  • Build and send customer-facing transactional emails about fulfillment and product updates.
  • Execute lead routing and maintain feedback loops with Sales to identify lead quality signals and gaps.
  • Manage email compliance and deliverability, including GDPR consent and preference management, CASL, data residency requirements, and regional suppression rules.
  • Maintain integrations between HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce, WordPress, Goldcast, RevenueHero, and other marketing and sales tools.
  • Build campaign dashboards, analyze funnel and campaign performance, identify automation bottlenecks, and coordinate with RevOps on 6sense scoring and workflow improvements.
