Requirements
- Proven experience handling complex ecommerce order issues.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, and marketplace operations.
- High proficiency in TikTok Seller Center.
- Ability to interpret platform violations and compliance rules.
- Strong analytical and investigative problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience supporting or mentoring CX team members.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and able to exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve TikTok Shop UK operational issues.
- Coordinate with TikTok, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve operational problems.
- Monitor violation alerts, flagged orders, compliance warnings, and SPS components.
- Identify recurring operational breakdowns and partner with Ops and Product on root-cause solutions.
- Manage order-related escalations and prepare evidence packets for disputes and appeals.
- Implement corrective and preventative workflows to reduce SPS penalties.
- Report weekly SPS insights to the CX Director of Operations.
- Coordinate updates with Tech/Ops, Product, Logistics, and the CX Social team.
- Support the CX and TikTok Shop teams and help translate operational issues into updated SOPs.
