Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, trust & safety, legal, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing a team or a functional area.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Ability to convert complex requirements into clear recommendations and concrete solutions.
- English language proficiency at level B2+ (written and oral).
- Deep understanding of business processes with the ability to identify gaps.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the compliance function for the mobile product portfolio.
- Manage the compliance team, setting priorities and developing expertise.
- Integrate compliance review processes into product and marketing workflows.
- Evaluate the impact of policy changes from Apple App Store, Google Play, and major advertising platforms.
- Partner with C-level, Product, and Marketing teams to identify safe implementation paths for business hypotheses.
- Coordinate strategy and cross-functional response during critical or unpredictable situations.
- Build risk maps, compliance metrics, and plans for process improvement and automation.
