Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting CRM or commercial technology implementations.
Have experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Understand sales, medical, and commercial operations.
Have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or preferably LSC.
Have experience with multi-country or global deployments.
Be able to gather, document, and manage business requirements, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Have experience working with system integrators, product owners, developers, and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Be able to balance global CRM standards with regional requirements.
Have experience supporting UAT, training preparation, and deployment across multiple markets.
Have experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, including Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.

Provide technical design for Salesforce CRM configuration and customization.
Own configuration and customization design required in LSC.
Work closely with internal IT, vendor, and business teams.
Gather, document, and manage business requirements, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Work with system integrators, product owners, developers, and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Translate local market needs into global CRM standards while balancing standardization with regional requirements.
Support UAT, training preparation, and deployment activities across multiple markets.
