Job Details

Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Hold a degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
Have previous experience working in the health insurance industry.
Have experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
Know business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and prioritizing work into epics and sprints.
Demonstrate facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing skills.
Have basic knowledge of documenting processes, system functionality, data integration, and workflows.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Insurtech experience is preferred.
Health insurance-related domain certification from INS, LOMA, or III is an added advantage.
Technical writing skills are a plus.

Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop appropriate analytical solutions.
Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
Gather, analyze, document, and communicate client business requirements and processes.
Create business requirements documents and user stories to support required modifications.
Create complex test case scenarios and oversee application testing against client requirements.
Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
Make recommendations to improve and support business activities.
Assist with project task estimates and update process and procedural documentation.
