Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Analytics, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive talent acquisition or human resources experience.
- At least 5 years in a leadership or enterprise recruiting role.
- Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies across multiple states or nationally.
- Background in workforce planning, recruiting analytics, dashboard development, and KPI design and implementation.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data, identify trends and operational risks, and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience building proactive pipelines and sourcing strategies for high-volume, specialized, clinical, professional, and leadership positions.
- Experience improving recruiting processes, technology, candidate experience, and hiring-manager effectiveness.
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, market analysis, internal equity, and offer strategy.
- Knowledge of recruiting and hiring laws across multiple jurisdictions, including pay transparency, fair-chance and background check, salary history, and automated employment decision tool requirements.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder-management, project-management, and team-leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems, reporting and dashboard tools, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth plans and long-term workforce needs.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and business leaders to create short- and long-term workforce plans.
- Build hiring forecasts, capacity models, prioritization frameworks, and recruiting resource plans.
- Develop talent pipelines and data-driven sourcing strategies for critical and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Strengthen the employer value proposition and employment brand with Marketing and Communications.
- Optimize recruiting workflows, technology, and onboarding processes, including Greenhouse ATS use.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting standards, and use analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop the talent acquisition team and advise hiring leaders on recruiting practices.
- Partner with Human Resources and Finance to evaluate compensation competitiveness and recommend data-supported changes.
- Manage recruiting spend and external search firm, agency, and contract recruiter relationships.
