- Talent Acquisition Specialist I: Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience is required. Talent Acquisition Specialist II: Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience with at least 1 year in construction preferred.

Requirements
- For Specialist I, have at least 1 year of recruiting experience; construction or related industry experience is preferred.
- For Specialist II, have at least 3 years of recruiting experience; at least 1 year in construction is preferred.
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Be able to travel up to 10% for career fairs and other recruiting efforts.
- Know EEO, OFCCP, and employment law compliance.
- Have experience sourcing talent through job boards, social media, networking, and internet research.
- Experience with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system is preferred.
- Be able to build relationships, communicate consultatively, influence, coach, and partner with hiring leaders.
- Be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Have sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and talent attraction skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based recruiting tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies, candidate evaluation, and recruitment best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across construction, operations, and support functions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, social media, job boards, talent communities, and other recruiting channels.
- Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience while driving timely hiring decisions.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment activities, and hiring documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and recruitment tools, and improve manager effectiveness through training and coaching.
- Support diversity, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in recruiting projects, hiring events, workforce planning, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
