Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical and/or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting; consulting or staffing agency experience is preferred.
- Have experience sourcing and closing candidates ranging from entry level to senior project management positions.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Have familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other relevant recruitment technologies.
- Have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate solutions.
- Must currently reside in Washington state.
- Project management and process improvement skills are preferred.
- A BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process position requisitions, applications, resumes, and internal job postings.
- Use an applicant tracking system to track applicants and recruiting statistics.
- Lead candidate intake and discovery calls and assist candidates with their job search.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies and the hiring process.
- Use standard and specialized sourcing techniques to build pools of qualified candidates.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with company business objectives.
- Maintain candidate relationships and communicate throughout the interview lifecycle through start date.
- Maintain a prospective candidate pipeline through cold calling and prospecting.
- Report key metrics and insights to support decisions and improve processes.
