Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field and 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Have previous leadership, mentoring, or people management experience within Talent Acquisition.
  • Bring home health, hospice, or broader healthcare recruiting experience; this is strongly preferred.
  • Have experience partnering with operational leaders and recruiting healthcare professionals; this is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate team leadership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive recruiting results.
  • Bring strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, including translating data into recommendations.
  • Have relationship-building and consultative partnership skills.
  • Be proficient with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Travel up to 15% for meetings, career fairs, conferences, and other business needs.
  • Have a valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals supporting multiple markets and locations.
  • Partner with Regional Presidents, Vice Presidents, and operational leaders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze market trends, talent supply and demand data, and recruiting metrics to inform workforce planning decisions.
  • Promote employer branding through digital recruiting, community outreach, and hiring events.
  • Provide hiring leaders with market insights, recruiting guidance, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, EEO, and affirmative action reporting requirements.
  • Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of recruiting technologies and tools.
  • Manage regional recruiting vendor relationships to maximize service quality and return on investment.
