Requirements
- Hold a minimum 2-year college degree; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Have at least 5 years of multi-unit management experience.
- Bring experience in territory management, franchise support, or a comparable consumer services environment.
- Be able and willing to travel up to 70%.
- Have working knowledge of lawn care, tree care, and pest management operations.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have strong relationship-building and coaching skills.
- Be able to provide practical guidance and accountability to business owners and leaders.
- Green industry experience is a plus; pest industry experience is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Coach franchise owners on P&L management, operations, sales and marketing, staffing, purchasing, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain communication with franchisees through meetings, phone, email, online forums, and in-person visits.
- Monitor business performance and identify solutions to operational challenges.
- Identify marketing opportunities and support franchisees in implementing initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Guide franchisees on employee relations and staffing issues.
- Review financial reports, evaluate business performance, and monitor profitability.
- Conduct compliance evaluations and recommend improvements.
- Participate in regional peer-group meetings and quarterly webinars.
- Build relationships with franchise owners and local teams.
- Advise and coach franchisees on lawn care and pest management principles and business-performance strategies.
