Have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
Bring strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.
Have hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience with Salt and Terraform.
Have experience building cloud-native backend systems using RESTful APIs and microservices.
Have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and related container orchestration technologies.
Understand distributed systems, scalability, performance, reliability, and secure software design.
Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
Have experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or Kiro.
Be able to evaluate and improve AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.
Have experience with observability, monitoring, and production support practices.
Be able to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Working knowledge of modern frontend development practices is a plus.
Experience building AI-enabled applications, agents, or automation workflows is a plus.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code with Salt and Terraform for AWS infrastructure.
Build and evolve RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
Collaborate with frontend, product, QA, and platform engineering teams on end-to-end product experiences.
Use AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews.
Improve service observability, reliability, automation, and performance.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives.
Support production systems through on-call participation, incident management, and service improvements.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
