  • Experience supporting a manager, director, or senior leader is strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare or clinical operations experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Show exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Be comfortable using calendars, spreadsheets, email, electronic timekeeping systems, and other technology.
  • Handle confidential employee and patient-related information with appropriate discretion.
  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with leadership and team members.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment shaped by patient and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Nursing.
  • Manage the Director of Nursing's calendar, meetings, appointments, deadlines, and priorities; prepare meeting materials, track notes and action items, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Review employee timecards and mileage submissions, identify discrepancies or missing information, and support timely payroll-related approvals and corrections.
  • Coordinate patient and provider schedules, communicate changes, and help identify coverage needs and scheduling conflicts.
  • Distribute operational messages, reminders, deadlines, and process updates, and track outstanding requests with team members.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation, training, introductions, equipment requests, and checklist follow-up.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities and facilitate the return of company equipment and other assets.
  • Partner with HR, IT/BII, Clinical Operations, and other departments to support employee transitions.
